REVIEW
 Quizartinib is an orally available small molecule with potential antineoplastic activity. Quizartinib selectively inhibits class III receptor tyrosine kinases, including FLT3, CSF1R, SCFR, and PDGFRs, resulting in inhibition of ligand-independent leukemic cell proliferation and apoptosis.
