REVIEW Amiprilose hydrochloride is a synthetic hexose sugar used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It has been shown to have regulatory effects on cytokines, an immunoregulatory effect which supports the potential of this drug as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of inflammatory arthritis.
