 CH-223191 is a potent and selective 2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD)-induced aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) antagonist (IC50 = 30 nM). CH-223191 prevents expression of cytochrome P450 enzyme, and attenuates Th17 differentiation of naive CD4 T cells in vitro.
