 A-412997 is a selective agonist for the dopamine D4 receptor (Ki = 7.9 - 12.1 nM) for D4 receptors). Extremely low affinity (<1000 nM) for other dopamine receptor subtypes. A-412997 has shown efficacy in rat models of ADHD and short-term memory.
