REVIEW
 Temocapril HCl is a long-acting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, used for the treatment of hypertension. It is a prodrug with a thiazepine ring, with temocaprilat being its active form. It is currently only approved for use in Japan.
