 Perospirone is a atypical second-generation antipsychotic (SGA), and acts as a serotonin (5-HT)1A receptor partial agonist, 5-HT2A receptor inverse agonist, and dopamine (D)2, D4, and a1-adrenergic receptor antagonist. Perospiron is used for the treatment of schizophrenia and other psychoses
