REVIEW
 Calcium dobesilate monohydrate is a synthetic product and a vasoprotective. It reduces blood hyper viscosity thus restoring normal flow and prevents platelet hyper-aggregation. This is the calcium salt of dobesilic acid. Calcium dobesilate monohydrate reduces capillary hyper-permeability, reduces oedema by stimulating lymph and reduces vessel fragility and thus strengthening them.
