REVIEW
 Risperidone is an atypical antipsychotic drug mainly used to treat schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and irritability in people with autism. It is a dopamine antagonist possessing antiserotonergic, antiadrenergic and antihistaminergic properties.
